Purpose of the study: The ETC team training approach reflects exemplary management of traumatized patients
admitted to shock rooms throughout Europe. All trauma scenarios have predetermined
specific learning objectives, addressing medical, communication or leadership issues
frequently encountered during trauma resuscitation. In this study, we wanted to identify
challenges that instructors meet while teaching an European Trauma Course.
